If you cut your hair now, it will be easier on you.....Cut it to your chin. Make it a style that you dont have to style, that will make your morning wake-up routine go faster when you are woken up.
Before you go to boot camp, do many many sit-ups and push-ups. Also, go for a hike with a super heavy backpack. This will strengthen your back. In fact, carry a super heavy pack with you everywhere. Folks at work got used to seeing me with a pack on my back!!! This was good advice for me.
Get used to not eating much now. You wont have time to eat during meal times at first. They give you literally seconds to eat, and you will find yourself hungry. So if you go in without a bulging, starving belly, you will be better off. Learn to be hungry (for now). When they start giving you more time to eat, you will have learned to scarf down food faster than a wolf.
The only way I lost weight for the military was to starve, as you must be thin to get in. After you get out of boot camp, then you can let your body get to your "real weight". For me, this was 10 pounds more than what boot camp wanted.

Well I simply became forty five - There is a typical and healthful no vitamin healthy eating plan out in the marketplace that's brilliant convenient to put into effect into your existence and it handiest takes approximately 10 mins an afternoon to comply with the plan. I have misplaced 24 kilos and a pair of three/four" in my waist in this plan in 32 days (27 kilos to head). No vitamin which means no designated meals to consume or to shop for.

well I'd talk to a recruiter to figure most everything out but as the fitness u should eat like 5 to 6 small meals spread threw out the day and maybe make breakfast a little larger. do lots of running and jogging and weight training. eat high card high protein meals and don't worry about losing or gaining weight because hopefully you'll gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat just so long that you look fit and when u flex u should be able to see muscle tone

They may not take you if you are too over weight. Talk to your recruiter in regards to hair regs in the army. Start exercising a lot, and running everyday. When you feel you are doing the right amount, you better step it up a notch.

If you signed up and you are fat - pity poor you. They will rag you, starve you, and work you to exhaustion and then keep it up. You better kiss the dyke drill sergeant in front of the whole platoon and get kicked out.
