am a night bird,i need long hours to sleep till in the morning from my child hood,if i wake up early i feel headache,drowsy,no intrest at my work.

You might want to try and go to bed early. And people think that a soda will wake them up in the morning but it could be the cause of your headaches. It you just start trying to go to bed early and getting up on time, your body will slowly adjust to the changes.

Well, my suggestion is for you to eat breakfast or have a cup of coffee. That always helped me when I have to wake up early in the morning.

most telephone services will do a wake up call everyday or on the days u need it..try to change ur sleeping schedule,by maybe getting something over the counter to help u go to sleep earlier...hope this helps

used to be like that. it takes a while to break the habit. eat breakfast. have some juice or fruit before you go to bed so you arent hungry. easier to fall asleep. do things to unwind when you go to bed instead of exercising or reading stimulating books at 3am.
