Weight Watchers is the best way to lose weight. whatever you do, dont do that special food thign were you order the food cuz everbody i know who uses that lost a bunch of weight, yes, but than stopped doing the special food and ate regualr food and gained it all back, plus some more. Weight Watchers.All the way.
