OK - a girl i spoke to a couple of times couple of months ago, who went to the same college as me, I really liked. I thought maybe she she might like me too. But I bottled it, and never asked her out. NOW I have got her email through a friend. I wanna get back in contact with her. Dont know what to say, without freaking her out too much. I dont think diving straight in, asking her out is a good idea. But the thing is, what other reason could I have to of tracked down her email!!?....I dont know what to do!!! LOL!
any help, especially from the girls out there would be helpful.

I never had the courage to talk to you much when we went to college together. When I ran into a mutual friend, they gave me your email address, and I thought I'd show you how brave I've gotten.
If you just find this too weird, no problem. I understand that. If you would like to be in contact, I'd like that.

If this was me....I wouldn't mind getting a email from a long time friend asking me how I'm doing? What have I been up to? etc. Now, if you email me out of the blue and say "Hey, you want to date?" I would delete you from me contacts. Just be cool with it!

Ya know she is going to ask how you got her e-mail address. If you can tell she likes you in the e-mails that she sends you, then you should ask her out. Say "Would you like to go out some time?"
