Have you considered therapy? Talk with you doctor about mental health services (no they are not for crazy people)....Therapy is more effective than medication because you learn how to cope with your symptoms and you feel more in control of yourself. With medication, you not only become dependent on it, but the medication is not curing your illness. Please please consider it.
As far as the normal dose, it all depends on your doctor's opinion. I work with doctors, and the Alprazolam goes up to 2mg and Prozac up to 20mg.....
Good luck!! By the way..panic attacks are not so bad once you know what's really going to happen. The biggest fear of panic attacks is DEATH----but no one has ever died of a panic attack before. In other words, its all your state of mind and your awareness of reality that will help you get through your attacks.

My wife passed away 6 months ago and my doctor started me with 40MG, moved me up to 60MG, and now I am taking 80MG each day, which I understand is the highest dosage as recommended by WebMD. I've been on 80MG for about 6 weeks and doing fine. But I am also taking other medications to help me sleep.

Whatever your doctor recommends!! Not people on this site, please. All I know is my doctor put me on Prozac, and less than a month later, my depression went away and I felt normal for the first time in quite a while. So, listen to your doctor. He/she knows you and the dose you should take daily.
Good luck!!

Alaprozam is ativan. You should only be on 1 or 2 mg of that. The nomal prozac dose is 10mg, but it varies from patient to patient. Don't medicate yourself, ask your doc first. Only he can answer this.

Go and see your doctor again. Get another examination and another new prescription. Any time you stop taking a prescription for a while, it's a good idea to talk to the doctor before starting it up again.

regardless of if or not they desire to be approached, or left on my own is many times the version between approachable and not approachable. each and every guy or woman might desire to be approached in a hypothetical subject, not all situations are hypothetical nevertheless. maximum folk %. up on whilst somebody needs to be left on my own, and whilst they sense like drawing near human beings, they many times permit human beings comprehend by using drawing near human beings.
