i kind of have a little belly fat , and i want to get rid of it, theres not alot but just enoth to make me look fat, my mom says its just baby fat, and i was wondering when the avarge person losses it? or do we ever?? oh by the way im 13 years old. no rude comments please!!!!

Stay healthy, drink plenty of water, take vitamins at night, and exercise, but eat nice-sized meals that are healthy, too- like steak, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. But ditch the gravy. Besides, who cares about the fat anyway? Every girl is beautiful the way they are.

I've always had a little bit of baby fat. It's probably the only part of my body except my chest that actually has ANY fat.

It wore off and almost dissapeared completely when I turned 20, your body changes somehow at that age and fat is redistributed.

It's not baby fat, it's just plain old ugly fat! You need to watch what you eat, and stay active. Go for a bike ride, or if you have a dog, go for a run with your dog.
