The legal age in Oz is 16, I think US 18. I truly think that sex at early age is a no-no. Why? One is still discovering and understanding one's body, this should be done alone. Maturity definetly has nothing to do with sex. Have meaningfull relationships and have people around you that love you for what you are. Do not forget that life is short so have fun, lots of it.

you really shouldn't look at it that way, and if you haven't had sex by a certain age it's not wrong! Everybody's right time is different. look more for the right person and feeling, if you are just horny there are other ways to relieve that...sharing your body carelessly is not good for both physical and mental health. Don't be in such a hurry. I'm not saying this from a prude's point of view, either. There are also consequences to this, like std's or pregnancy, and a good rule of thumb is, if you aren't ready to have a baby, you aren't ready for sex.

There is no good age to start having sex. You should be at lest 18 or older and no what you are getting your self in to. I know if I say talk to your parents that you wont, so just make sure that you know and trust the person that you are with, with out a shadow of a doubt. you don't want to wish that you hadn't. In my opinion, when to start having sex is based more on situation and maturity than on age. I am a strong believer that a person should be in a committed relationship before having sex.
Legally, minors should not be having sex at all.

there is no right age but anyone under the age of 16 is going to hae challenges. but there are people at age 21 who dont feel ready. some people dont feel mature enough to take on the responsibility. others dont feel like they have met the person they want to give themselves to. because once you give it you cant take it back.
and like the guy says, always use a condom. the pill doesnt protect against disease.

Not a good idea if your a minor. Sometimes the head has to catch up to the body.

It's not really about age, it's when you are ready and found someone you love. Don't do it just becase "I'm 15, everyone else did it". You will regret it later in life.

When you are old enough to take the responsibility of an adult and take care of a baby if you happen to get pregnant.
