just have fun, dear, go see a movie, that's usually best because you get to be together without having to do a lot of talking at first, just get used to eachother, and then after the movie you'll have something to talk about
thats a generic first date, you could always hang out, go on a group date with friends, and if you know something that the person your dating is interested in and you'd like to do that too, go ahead
just remember that no matter what, you need to be firm in what you do/dont wanna do during this date or anytime your with someone, no matter how old or young you are.

hey im 13 too and i haven't even had my first date yet but i have some great advice 4 u. just be yourself (yet a little bit flirty) and i promise u will have a great time and who knows u might even get a first kiss. u know that's a good question. i'd really like 2 talk 2 u more about it . when u get the chance email me alright

Just act natural because your 13. You two just want to have fun so don't get all ritualistic. Also absolutely nothing sexual should be done. (Unless you both really want too. LOL!!!)
