You should be angry at them both. You were in fact betrayed by 2 people who professed to care about you. I do know how you feel. This happened to me when I was in the 8th grade. She was my best friend. He was older and should have known better. He was in high school after all. I never could forgive either of them. Now I look back on it and I don't feel quite as bad. My seeing them made me realize that she was not a true friend and he was not to be trusted. It made it easier for me to move on and find someone who really did care. You know what's funny. I can't even remember her name anymore. She lost more than I did that day. She lost a good friend and I found out about a betrayer.

Good luck to you. You will find people who really do care about you. Have faith in yourself.

IF, and this is IF it looked like a mutual type kiss, meaning they were both kissing each other then I'd be equally mad at BOTH of them. But if I saw one trying to pull away, (and this is only if they had NOT seen me) then I would be mad with the aggressor. And yes I would most likely not see that person or both ever again. So I hope they had fun.

Anger at both of them is justified. The relationship with them both is over.

He should have been man enough to tell you he was interested in dating others most specifically your best friend. He wasn't, thus making him not worth your time to work things out, should he try to reconcile with you.

As for your "best friend", she has violated one of the most basic rules of life that has been in existence since the dawn of time, practically. No one should ever date, or otherwise affiliate themselves with the significant other, or ex-significant other. The reason being is because it ultimately be the end of that friendship in question.

Here is my opinion on what you should do now. If you have not already done so, you need to end your relationship with both people. Do not do it out of anger, and do not say ugly things to either of them. Let them know what you saw. Let them know while it will take you a while to get over it, you will get over it and be better off in the long run. Remember to always take the moral high road.

Both, but I think I'd be more hurt by the best friend. Boyfriends come and go, but friends are supposed to stick by each other.

Boyfriend--your best friend just proved herself by pointing out what a jerk your boyfriend is at her own expense. That said, you can't trust either of them, so ditch them both and stick with friends you CAN trust.

Both.

However, "Sisters before Misters and Bros before Hos"... so the best friend would take the brunt of my anger, all things being equal.

Both, but probably my friend more so. She is supposed to "have my back" and not go after my boyfriend. She is no friend at all and I would never associate with her again. She's untrustworthy.
