what is minced garlic, can u do it by hand and what does it look like

Minced garlic is just garlic chopped very very fine. Yes, you can mince it yourself. It saves money!

Minced garlic is garlic chopped up into little bits. You can mince garlic by hand. It looks like little bits of garlic.

I just buy the stuff in a jar - that way I don't waste the rest of the garlic when it goes bad. You can usually find it somewhere around the veggie/fruit section in the grocery store....
