Because most of the people on here are children, 15 and under with no real sexual experience (I hope!) and are too embarassed to speak to their parents about such things. Plus, they probably don't really care, they are just goofing off and trying to be inflammatory.

Bonus: Two answers for the price of one.
1. Cultural context. We use slang terms everyday but nobody ever has a class in school teaching you what they mean. Can you remember when it was that you learned what those terms meant? If so, can you remember when you found out what they REALLY meant? I mean as in how they are done.
2. Boredom. People who already know exactly what they mean and just want to stir up stuff on Answers! In their small minds they giggle "ooo, dirty!" and post a question they don't mean.
It's always hard to tell one from the other. I choose to treat every question as if it were legitimate, unless it's screamingly obvious

People ask about sex because they're either genuinely curious or too immature to think of an intelligent question and think stupid questions about sex are amusing.
(Usually it's the latter.)
