okay i like someone i can't figure out if he likes me im 11 usully if you go up and ask them they will say no so i cant ask him.He always there for me.Example:one time i was really sad he said whats wrong i said they keep saying know one cares about me and i think thats ture he said i care about you does that mean anything about him loving me?we are like best friends today he said what wrong i said nothing but i lied cuz something is wrong. i have tommow with him then i'll never see him again how can i tell if he likes me? does he like me.

First off, you are too young to be using this site. Fourteen is the minimum age for participation.
Eleven is way to young for flirting behavior! Just be friends with this guy. He'll improve with age. Work on school projects with him, smile at him and just be a sweet young lady when you encounter him. If you like him, just be nice to him.
Maybe he likes you, maybe he doesn't....and maybe he doesn't even know! Boys are pretty crazy between eleven and fourteen.
They don't really become fully human until they're about fifteen or sixteen! And sometimes they never become fully human. I hope you never cross paths with one of those.

Tell him that you like him and that it is ok if he is too shy to say the same thing because you will still like him anyway. Tell him this in a quiet place where no one else can hear.
Ask him if he'd like to be pen pals or swap email addresses.
I am assuming he is of a similar age to you.
