I paid 10.99 for an hour development. they want to take a look, and plan to keep the ones they like - without my permission. why does family do this. like as if im gonna fork out another tenner for another set of prints.

get a digital camera. then you can put all the photos on a CD and give it to family, or email them their favourite snaps.

if they dont have a computer print them out.

thats what we do and it saves money too.

They are being very disrespectful and rude to do that to you to say the least. What I would do is get doubles made of each picture, then keep one copy of each for your self and don't let them know that you have a copy of each one of these pictures. Then show them the pictures as usual, when they pick out the ones they want, tell them straight out that you will get copy's of these pictures for them and send the copy's to them or hand them the copy's. You can get the copy's made at the time you are getting them developed for less money than you can get reprints done. This is the way our family handles the picture problem any way. Hope it works for you. Oh and also, if you have the right equipment at home on your computer, you can also make your own copy's as well, I have done that several times.

you should think ahead fanily always do that so get two sets at the same time it always works out cheaper.
