there are lots of reasons why a dog can be losing hair, pests can cause an animal to lose hair (flees and ticks or mites) Stress or poor diet can also caused hair loss then there's the other stuff, mange, or scabies, only a vet or vet tech can identify this problem so you might want to go and get a skin scratch done, mommy dogs can give this to there pups and then the pups can either carry this problem or have this problem, so don't feel that you did anything wrong. But you want to get it treated correctly, also allergies can causes hair loss! Some dogs suffer from seasonal allergies! consult your vet to determine why your dog is loosing his hair, soon.

Hi, Yes, puppies lose plenty of hair in the summertime-time. They lose the hair considering the elements is getting hotter so they're wasting their iciness coat in order that they would possibly not be as sizzling. Then they develop all of it again within the iciness-time so they do not get bloodless. Then lose it in the summertime-time. They do not lose ALL their hair however they shed plenty of it. It's a well proposal to sweep your puppy every day so the entire free hair comes out less complicated. =D =D =D ~ÅN¡Mål hElPE®~

this worked for my dogs. if it is just casual shedding, then feed it an egg a day.... but dont give it to it all at once, or it will throw up. give it to it a little bit at a time, probably scrambled. the vet said that should help, but if it is a lot of hair, then ask your vet.

Is your dog just shedding?? Also, some dogs loose hair to pure nutrition... so make sure it's getting all it's vitamins and minerals in it's diet. :)

After so many years a dog ages very fast. They can get these conditions and some times stressful situations and fleas. Wash him and groom him and get him on high protien dog food.

My dog did that in patches. Turns out it was dandruff and dry skin. If that might be your problem, I just used cream on the dry parts, and washed her with head and shoulders which seemed to help. As long as you don't let it anywhere near their eyes because that stuff REALLY stings!

Change his diet - you're probably feeding Purina, Pedigree, Ol Roy or something you could pick up at a Walmart or Kroger. That's akin to eating McD's every meal, every day. Get him on a premium food, get to your local pet store for ideas.
