I'm not joking. This artist I know said she gets a warm creative feeling when he is sitting on the toilet waiting to go and I find that as soon as I get in the shower I remember things I was suspose to do and think of new ideas. I have thought I should put a chalk board by my shower to write down all the ideas. I am going to test out the sitting on the toilet thing. I serious, I think he is right, what about you ?

I'd say I get a lot of really good ideas either in the shower or in the moments that I'm just about to doze off to sleep and theres something I'm thinking about really intensely. In either scenario, they are both places where you tend to think a lot about whats important or needs attention in your life and you end up creating lots of solutions while you happen to be there. At least for me =)

yea the shower and if i listen to music really really loud, and it has to be intence head banging music....thats when i get the best ideas ever LOL u should try it, but wouldn't ur chalk get washed off if it was in the shower? i would put a speaker in there and have it hooked into a recorder or a computer that types things with the sound of your voice, so u speak and then it types ur ideas on the computer LOL good idea tho

I always get great Ideas when I'm sitting on the toilet. the only problem is that it offends my friend when I call them and tell them that I was going to the bathroom and thinking of them (not joking). shower, not as much, I do a lot of singing tho.

I'm a shower girl all the way. Man, I get insightful in there. I also..um...have really great ideas when my nipples are rubbed. Don't ask me why, and this is the first time I have ever come clean with that fact. Just wanted to share.

Many people read on the toilet, anyway.
I have come up with answers to most of the universe's mysteries while waiting for conditioner to set. (girls, know what I mean.)

neither, when daydreaming.,laying down on the lawn and watching the clouds go by or listening to and watching the grass grow, sometimes reading a short story will give me ideas, usually about the subtext or underlying emotion ,rarely the subject

Creativity is a state of mind. You just need to replicate your creative state of mind somewhere other than the bathroom to make it more productive.
