Relax. Believe me, it will come naturally and it's fun.
Here are some tips:
It's best to kiss with your heads off-set at an angle.
Always try to swallow before you kiss. Moist, not wet.
Get your hands in on the action. Caress his face, hold his neck and pull him to you.
Suck and nibble the lips in between the tongue-probing.
Every now and then, detour away from the lips, elsewhere on the face.
Don't dominate the kisses. You are kissing together.
Stop in time. Make him want to come back for more.

You never know if you can kiss. If you are young practice. When you have a biyfriedn and old enough to kiss and he thinks yuor a bad kisser, then that's the symbol to tell you that you need to make sure it's perfect. I had a hard time. but i got through it all and so will you. It just takes time. Make sure your not too nervous, just chill and wait for the moment. Don't go all out. tease him a little and that makes him know that you want to kiss. And then he will try to kiss you and just go with it.

if you dont know how to kiss someone then your a lil to young and it takes practice so find someone and you will learn how to kiss it dosnt just come to you it takes practice so go practice on someone and you will learn

how to kiss? i remember when i was asking the same question. so you must be young...well they alwayz say kissing leads to other things (i hate to agree with my mom but they are right!) but to answer ur question....u just find their lips tilt ur head (a little) and ah! ur 1st kiss. i wouldnt recommend making out with them...just yet. tongue comes later when ur older. i remember my 1st kiss it was terrible just make sure its the right person ur 1st kiss is very memorable.
