No!! If you are at a healthy weight, do what you can to maintain that weight. Losing too much weight will not make you healthier it can cause more complications or as much as being over weigh.

If you lose too much weight then you'll be underweight which is just as bad as being overweight. The real question you should ask yourself is why do you want to continue losing weight even though you are already thin and healthy. Is it a body image problem? There is too much preesure put on women to be extremely thin and underweight when it is not at all healthy. I feel that we are perfect just the way god made us and if you continue to obsess about your weight you are going to give yourself some type of disorder which could ultimately lead to death or serious health problems. It is healthy to maintain the healthy weight you have achieved and congrats on that it is hard. I"d hope you arent looking for happiness by changing your outer appearence when true happiness comes from accepting yourself inside and out. I'm sure you are a beautiful young woman and everyone sees it that way. Yet when you look in a mirror you see flaws that arent really there and you do everything you can to get rid of them but you cant because their not really there. We're always hard on ourselves and no matter how gorgeous we are we never feel beautiful enough. Just remember to learn to love yourself is to learn to love. No. The body is not meant to be fat-free. Fat exists for a reason - it provides an emergency source of energy, a means to absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, & K - all of which are important), insulation, and more. There is a range of ideal weights, and weighing five pounds more or less than the middle weight is not healthier.
For women, if you lose too much weight, you may stop menstruating, a condition called amenorrhea. This is a sign that you are too thin, and your body knows it. Don't do it to yourself.

Actually, no. Recent studies have show that people who are slightly overweight tend to live longer than those who are underweight.
According to an article in the Guardian:
"A 1996 project undertaken by scientists at the National Centre for Health Statistics and Cornell University analysed the data from dozens of previous studies, involving a total of more than 600,000 subjects with up to a 30-year follow-up. Among non-smoking white men, the lowest mortality rate was found among those with a BMI between 23 and 29, which means that a large majority of the men who lived longest were "overweight" according to government guidelines. The mortality rate for white men in the supposedly ideal range of 19 to 21 was the same as that for those in the 29 to 31 range (most of whom would be defined now as "obese"). In regard to non-smoking white women, the study's conclusions were even more striking: the BMI range correlating with the lowest mortality rate was extremely broad, from around 18 to 32, meaning a woman of average height could weigh anywhere within an 80-pound range without seeing any statistically significant change in her risk of premature death. "

no way if your doctor says you're at a healthy weight then try to stay like that don't lose anymore weight you can lose to much and get weak get anemia or break your bones easily or something like that so if your doctor says you're at a healthy weight then keep up the good work Buddy

not really, ask your doctor before going on ANY type of diet, and if you are at healthy weight, keep exercizing, but not too much so that your losing weight, try to maintain your weight the way it is now.

no. there is a fine line between healthy, fat, and skinny. healthy is healthy. when you are fat, you need to lose some. if you are to skinny you are feeble...
so if you are a healthy weight, try to keep it. its the SMART thing to do
its like asking, hey, i'm healthy, but to stay more healthy, should I take pills to keep from getting sick, even though im not?
