If you are doing the NVQ2 Business Admin Full time at College, they send their students out on Work Experience one day each week. When I was doing it, I was in the classroom 4 days each week, and then on day 5 I was 'working' in an office.
But if you are doing it as part of a the job you are doing already, then just write about what you are doing, anf how it relates to the other people in the office. For example, how the Office Junior job supports/helps the Secretary/Receptionist.

Been there done that got the t-shirt and am still in square one. Make sure you get a work placement or experience the qualification means zero without work experience.
