some states have a website that you can look up criminal records, past & pending court appearances, etc. But I think it depends on the state and possibly county.

No. You would have to report to the police station where you think the warrant is and inquire there. Or simply call them. Remember if you do not take care of that warrant, it will catch up to you unexpectedly. All it takes is a simple traffic stop for the officer to run your name.
