Ok first off you can get one at any petstore. Like petco or petsmart. If there's not one in your area you can get one online at petco.com or petsmart.com.

Cats cannot hear them how do I know that/ I have a cat my dog can hear it my cat cannot.

It is not cruel unless you blow the whiistle in the dogs ear. The whistle is a high pitched sound that attracts dogs. That does not mean they like having it blown in there ear 24/7.

Good luck!

You could probably get one at a pet store. I dont know of anyone that uses them anymore. What is the purpose of getting one? I dont know if cats can hear them or not. Its not cruel if that is not your intention.

Try a pet store.

I know they make whistles that dogs can hear, but that isn't pitched to hurt them. I'm not sure if cats can hear them, but I'm guessing yes.

Pet store such as Petco. Don't know about cats. No, it's not cruel. It doesn't hurt them, it's simply at a pitch that gets their attention.
