Take a tortilla shell, spread some chive and onion flavored cream cheese on it, put 2 or 3 pieces of ham on top of that, and if you want to, you can sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese (or really any kind of cheese you like) on it. Roll it all up and slice it. It's very, very simple but it's delicious.

3 bricks cream cheese, 1-2 tbsp pimiento, like a 4 oz can of chopped black olives and 2-4 tbsp picante sauce. Mix well and spread on tortillas. I love this recipe and am actually going to fix it Friday for a get-together. Hope it helps!

I think simple is good. I start with a tortilla, and load up on the cream cheese (I love it), and then I just add turkey and cheese (usually provolone or swiss). Roll it up and then cut it up. Fish free sushi!!! Mmmmmm I want some right now. Damn now I have to go to the store. :)

for warm appetizers. i open a can of crescent rolls, and put 2 together to make a rectangle. Then i spread softened cream cheese., cooked bacon crumbles and some shredded cheese. I roll this up, then cut it into pinwheels. Bake at 375 until brown. they are the cutest. Sometimes, i put butter, cinnamon and sugar and make sweet ones also.
