Every one dreams, it is just that most people don't remember their dreams. Your dream state is a period of time when you are not fully asleep. The more you dream the less quality sleep you are getting.

you do dream you just dont remember them

the only dreams you recall are the ones you wake up in or just after

we all dream many hundreds of times without any recall - we know this because if we wake you up when your brainwaves show a certain pattern you will recall these dreams

You are not enterring or completing a full REM cycle and you are most likely either already insane or not far from it. But don't worry. We're not talking axe-murderer-insane, just sit-in-the-corner-and-eat-bugs-insane. Try eating weird spicy food before bedtime. Also, get more excercise during the day so that you are really tired at night. Not only will you dream, you may even have nightmares. Enjoy!!!

You probably do dream you just can not remember the dreams you have. Most people do not remember their dreams or they can not recall anytime in their lives where they can remember their dreams.
