Catch the flu or stomach virus. Anything that makes you think twice about eating. The cheapest and best way would be to exercise as well as control your portion intake. Try walking to places that are down the street, or taking a walk around you neighborhood once in a while.
This way, if you keep it up you'll take off the weight and keep it off.

Walk, ride your bike, swim, roller blade/skate.
Take your pick. Do this about an hour a day.. Drink lots of water.
I heard that in order to lose weight you need to drink 1/2 as many ounces of water as many pounds as you way --->> weigh 180 so I need to drink 90 ounces of water which is 3 33 oz bottles of water throughout the day.
Don't drink soda... it make you retain water. Cut out your caffeine intake, this actually slows down your metabolism.
Just a few quick things if you want to lose just a few pounds...

Hey, I recently lost 34 pounds. It didn't come off easly, but you really have to be committed. I used a slim in six videos, but you can go to you locally library and get some cardio videos or aerobic videos they burn a lot of fat. You also have to eat healthy, i'm not sure what your weight is, but you need to eat healthy to look healthy. For a free way to lose weight you can always go out side and jog around the lake or block, or bike around that is VERY good excersize. Hope that helps:)

What u need to do is keep ur regular meal, but more health food.
Running at least 3 times/week,deponds on your reaction. Every time keep at least 5KM or 1.5 hours running. First few weeks, u will put weight, but after one month,u'll start getting good shape.Keep doing this for 3 month, u'll start lose weight very fast. Then ur body start maintain this weight. That's the final result, which u r expect.

I would advise against loosing weight too fast because this can lead to other problems. The cheapest and best way to loose weight is to reduce your calorie intake along with watching your fat content and carbohydrate content. Just limit the fat and carbs to lower than what your eating now and you will naturally loose due to your body using it's own stores for energy rather than the fat and sugar you consume.
Another thing : do you really need to loose weight, or is it a vanity number??? It is harder to loose if you don't really need to.
