Well, if it's totally unhealthy, it better be a huge bet to lose that much in two weeks. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks and all I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight working on cardio and just about every muscle group in the body. Give up wheat. I lost 28lbs in two weeks but I was a bit heavy set. Eat spelt break turkey sandwichs. Work out normally the fist week and the next week drink only liquids and run in sweats and a black plastic bag. This will suck liquids off your body.
He will at least lose 10lbs if he is in good shape. I used to do something similar for wrestling.

Surgery. It is Impossible to lose 22 pounds in two weeks. Your friend will end up in the hospital or die if he does something drastic. WHY does he feel he needs to lose this much weight in two weeks? What else is going on here?
My advice is to not lose 22 pounds in 2 weeks for it wont happen. The brain weighs probably 22 pounds.

Two weeks isn't a very long time for 22 pounds but if she goes on to a health food diet and a intense work out plan she might be able to do it. you well just have to make sure that she strictly sticks to health food and make sure that she goes for a run/jog and some weight training everyday

He can do a lot of things.
Exercise-
Run four miles a day.
Ride a bike everywhere.
Jog in place for 90 minutes.
Swim for two hours.
Food and Drink-
Eat tons of fruits and vegetables.
Drink gallons of water.
Drink Slim-Milk.
Enjoy an icecream sandwich-Slim-a-bear.
In general:
Stay on feet all day exept when sleeping.

keep her mouth glued 2gether wire her mouth close, no just kidding.. tell me to drink lots of water and eat fruits and salad and maybe 4 crackers, stop eating after 8pm that will help a whole lot. tell her to jog or walk the track 2 to 3 times a week, good luck she can do it if she put her mind to it. you need to keep being there for her and slap the wrong foods out of her habds..

well he needs to run like the wind for 2 weeks non - stop. Aslo if you sit in a sauna you can lose up to 5 pounds in water weight. - but you would probably gain i tback as soon as you drink water.
