I take it you are young. You may not do drugs or smoke..but are doing ANYTHING AT ALL on your computer that you know your parents or family members would not approve of? This can be anything from foul language to viewing sites not deemed appropriate for kids. Now, granted..if you are around the age I believe you to be..You are going to be curious about things in life. Nothing wrong with that..but if that is the case.Maybe it would be better to talk to someone you feel you can trust.
However, should you NOT be doing anything like the above and are not hearing voices or seeing things you arent sure are there or not..I would chalk it up to what I call "The Heebie Jeebies"". Late at night, especially when my husband is out of town working..and I am on the computer..I sorta get them..Just comes from used to having someone around all the time! Hope I helped!

The feeling you have is paranoia. It is a palpable feeling. Scary isn't it? If you get it a lot and you are not in some guilt driven situation, go see your psychiatrist as you may need medication before it starts to effect your choices, decisions, work, family etc.

I've got a well educated friend who is paranoid about some small time illicit use of drugs. He has become fixated on the police helicopter. We finally got him to a psychiatrist after a while.....

Try some of the links. I hope it is helpful. By the way, I know what you did this summer.......

Well I Do know where you are coming from. I have had many instances in which I felt wached. Unless you feel like that all the time I would not say you have parinia or bi polar or ant thing of that sort. You may think to yourself if you are out of your comfort zone

-Meaning Do you share a computer therfore you have to fight for the right to use it?

-Do you get in trouble for using?

- Do you view inapropiate sites which your parents dont approve of

- any of these can be a factor

If you answer yes to at least one of thoses I just say

Your Normal

Feel free to investigate bi polar or bp or any outher ilnessesON THE SITE BELOW

Or just take my advice Which Im about a sure as 100%

It is not UNcommon, but it is also not normal. Paranoia is a very real psychological problem, and you should be treated. Please visit your regular doctor and tell that doctor what you are experiencing. He/she will recommend a psychiatrist. Don't take that to mean I think you're nuts, because I don't, and neither will the psychiatrist. Sometimes psychological problems are the result of a chemical imbalance that can be easily treated with medication, and it may just be a temporary problem.

Good luck.

I have had it happen.(I also had psycological issues) It can be psycological see your doctor about it. Could be a bit of anxiety, nervousness, possibly parnoia. Another crazy thought is if you believe in this sort of thing something paranormal.(wich Ive also had happen) Also I think alot of ppl get that feeling when their back is turned to an open space.

Well, do U believe in ghosts? It is very possible that you are feeling their presence around U. I've only felt something near me once, but it really scared me. They are all around, so maybe it or they are intrigued by you. Maybe it is nothing, too.

Paranoid! You have an over active mind. You need to relax. If it keeps up you need to talk to your doctor. Good Luck! Hugs! Von!
