Perhaps 2%.. Genetic Screening isn't done unless there is a reason to suspect something wrong. The mother is over 35, the screen for Down's Syndrome.. etc.. Babies in general aren't screened. Their general apparent health is checked, and that's about it.

few enough for the number to be insignificant,,0.00001% if that many. It is usually too expensive, and most healthy people have better things to do with thier money
