I buy my make up and perfume from Sephora. They have really good make up that stays on for hours. You also get a wide selection of perfumes. But if your not rich, i'd go with walmart or target

I do purchase a few things from Avon.
I purchase quiet a bit from Ulta.
I also use places like Target and CVS & Echkardt drug stores....wherever I can get the best price. For really hard to get items - Ulta seems the place to go.
