I don't think it has nutritional value...
But you add it to water and water is good for you...

In moderation. I use it quite often and it is nice to have lemonade or tea, but we dont use it all the time but at the fitness club we drink it too. Propel flavored water or the waters that are flavored with fruit juice might be a better choice. Water is best of course as crystal light has them chemicals but in moderation I dont see anything wrong with it.

i don't know of any evidence showing that it is good for you, but all indications are " it is not bad for you."
There is one draw back to fake sweeteners. Your can tell that you have just consumed something sweet and it then expect to get some sugar. When the sugar does not show up, the human body often craves sugar - which may cause you to eat some sweet foods.

OMG,my sister drinks their powdered ice tea one all day and according to her, Weight Watchers allows it and it doesn't even count for points!! (they have a certain # of points that they can have) i am personally skeptical about it because it's powdered, so i wouldn't drink it all day or even substitute it for water.
