Only Jesus saves. Storms don't worry me. In fact...nothing does.

Well, God may have already saved us....he made us with the intellegence, to not stand outside during thunderstorms, to build houses on higher solid ground, and to protect ourselves during storms.....now, wether people follow up on this, and do it, If you fail to use common sense, how can you blame God, if you screw around?
The people in New Orleans, to bluntly put it, were asking for it....they lived in a sinking city, bowl shaped, that had been aching for a hurricane. Then when one hits, they get all bent out of shape.....if they knew it was bad, why did they stay? And don't say, they didn't have time....the last hurricane to do this much damage was back in the 60s.
Now, as far as religion, it's not as much up to the religion to save you, but as well, you know you're going to a better place when you die....a place without sickness, crime, bad food, taxes, or politicians.
and most importantly....you will be at peace.
