omm thats a little odd. my budgie changed slowly over time he started completely white then went sorta rainbowish. his tail went all kinds of blues and greens and combos. i mean his tail put crayola to shame. for the last 2 or so years hes been mostly white with pale yellow blotches. everynow an then he gets a diffrent color feather. im sure your bird is just fine. but hes old.

Do you mean that her feathers ALL turn blue? Or does she sprout a blue one every now and then? That is very weird... if your white bird really is turning blue, then either someone is switching birds while you're not looking, or she's turning into a smurf.
