My favourite is a G&T! Gin and tonic is a natural summer/hot weather drink:

The proportions of gin and tonic water vary. The typical recipe is for equal amounts (a 1:1 ratio), however it is often made far weaker as a casual drink; typically 1 part gin to 3 parts tonic.

Or try lemon drops:
1 1/2 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
1 tsp sugar
1/4 lemon

Slice the 1/4 lemon into two seperate wedges. Place in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Pour the Absolut Citron into the shaker, and add one teaspoon of sugar. Shake vigorously. Strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

A sophisticated and refreshing hot weather drink, but strong, so be careful!

Mojitos are pretty good:

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
3 Lemon Juice
2 Sugar
Club Soda
3 Mint Sprig

Mixing Instruction
Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
