Naturally, a man is a man. Men see women with their eyes. It talks about lust and sinning with thine eye. However, it never really talks about tempting words whereas a female is lusting through which she hears. It also that man treat people with love and turn the other cheek. Women run over nice guys and are always attracted to the bad boy type which is the symbol of masculinity. These attributes go against the way a man should be. The bad boy isn't really caring or concerned with a woman's needs, and that's why she's attracted to him. The nice guy who is Godlike doesn't get the attraction from the females. I think religion tends to frown on sexuality and masculinity definitely. The universal laws of life between man and woman don't corellate with the Bible or religion. Nature.vs.Religion. Why did God make women to feel for the opposite sex like they do, if Religion and Bible calls for feminine characteristics? Masculinity is condemned it seems like to me. Your thoughts?I'm a christian

The bible is a masoganistic book. The women in it play a small role. The man is control in it and all women are second class citizens. The reason why the universal roles don't match is the fact that christianity is unbalanced. In nature there is a balance of male to female in everything. Judiasm and christianity place a male god as sole creator. There is the unbalance, in the original pagan religions they place the woman at the top since she is the creator of life. There is no man that can give birth. Even the seahorse is just a carrier, the female is the one that plants the eggs in him after he fertilized them. Nature dictates a female-male dichotomy. There is the balances. It is all around but Christianity erased such from the record (or tried to).

You need to Read "Wild At Heart" by John Eldridge Or "Tender Warrior" by Stu Weber.

Bible based Christianity in no way condemns Masculinity it just defines it with in morality. Men are called to be heroic leaders of their family and of the Church. They are to be sacrificing of themselves to protect what God has given them. What's more Masculine then that?
