Yes! I think he should be reported because like you said, he is inciting animal cruelty. I haven't seen his question but I do believe you. I'm a strong believer against animal cruelty and I'm a huge animal lover. although, he might just be asking a sick joke like that to get attention and to see what people like us will say.

I think he is joking or at least i hope he is saying that i have a next door neighbour who drills nails in to planks of wood and put them along mine and his fence to stop them getting in his garden the police got involved and he was charged with endangerment to children they weren't worried about the cats so i said that he had done it so he could get my children 1 for the cats as well a for me cause i hate him !!!!!

Someone should be notified immediately, I work hard in animal rescue to combat sick people like him. I will find a way of getting his details. All my work seems sometimes in vain because of him.

yes. do what you feel is right if you can find proof he killed or harmed any animals and get his address too that's all you need to report him to animal control.om yahoo just go to his question and click report abuse and select your reason.
