Love America - are you in America?

2006-08-02 09:52:52 · update #2

Love America is correct, but isn't using the American term.

Ex-Patriot went to far.

If your not an immigrant - YOU ARE A CITIZEN IN CONTEXT.

If you don't care about who you are or what your rights are, I hope when they come for you they bring back slavery becasue that's what you'll deserve - to be someone's property.

OK let's put this in perspective. On these boards an in the media you are anything but a citizen. Everyone is an immigrant or a decendant of an immigrant. What that says is if your not a citizen, they have the inalienable right to take your country away from you.

When are you going to realize the better life and future they want is YOURS???

Love America we don't use the word national, that is correct yes but not in America people won't know what your talking about.

2006-08-02 10:16:17 · update #6

Love America you won't find any government form or application that will ask you if your a national, only citizen. If you ask most Americans if they are a national they will look at you.

2006-08-02 10:19:20 · update #7

That's why I questioned if your in the states.

If you are referring to me, it's Aztec Goddess. :o)

To answer your question, the antonym of an "immigrant" is:
emigrant, refugee, deportee, migrant & expatriate.

Who is refusing to use these words on Yahoo! answers, and why am I a bigot!?

Because I voice my opinions? Because you don't agree with my opinions?

Very thoughtful question...I am a natural citizen and I agree, that word may have gone the way of the politically correct.

Another one to ponder

What is the opposite of a PATRIOT?
