I'll try to keep from laughing when you tell me you're intelligent.

Does that happen alot for you? Christians just walk up to you and tell you that they are intelligent. Wow, that's amazing. Then you look at them and think(I use the term loosely) " Wow, they sure aren't intelligent, they don't think like me." Or course you know everything there is to know. And not by any book, but because of your far superior brain. You have met all people in the world and done and seen everything there is to do and see. It must be great to be you. And your sense of humor- why are you not writing comedy shows? You know the really good ones that are prejudiced against everyone except people who think like you. You know the ones with all the high ratings. You got what you wanted negative attention. I was bored and needed to exercises my mind. Oh by the way Jesus still loves you - lol. Peace.

Sure, just remember how much smarter you are than the rest of the Christian world and what a giant of a human you must be in the feeding chain. Undoubtedly you will always be content with your life and never have any regrets, even up to and maybe after death. How the other intelligent life forms can possibly compete with you is incomprehensible. You're a real self-licking ice cream cone, ya know that, whiz? I so envy you.

Why can't Christians be intelligent? Consider Banneker Achievement Center in Indiana. It is an elementary school for gifted and talented youth. About 99% of the children there are Christians. This year, 98% of the students got 85% or more correct on their standardized tests. Everyone passed. In my year, one especially bright 6th grader answered every question on the math portion correctly. Keep in mind that this is 8th grade math. She is the daughter of a Baptist preacher. Her name is Camille. Remember this before you ask any more stupid questions.

I wonder where do you get the idea that you are intelligent because you are not a Christian. Intelligence is clearly seen on people who do not advertise what they have explicitly or implicitly. They way I can imagine you asking this question is you want to imply what you are not. Stop laughing because you do not know what it is to be intelligent.

Why does accepting the free gift that God gives us to save us from spiritual death make one un-intelligent? First answer to us why you believe Christians not to be intelligent. Isaac Newton was a Christian, Galileo was a Christian, and ---countless--- others who have laid the foundations of science, music, and the arts were all Christians. The sad thing is in America today we have rejected what gave us our greatness, and are turning away from Him.

Let's see, you believe your grandaddy was a rock. You believe your uncle is a monkey, and all your ancesters evolved from pond scum.

You believe the universe is billions of years old even though the best evidence makes that impossible.

You believe something exploded, but you don't know what. That it spun off and created galaxies and solar systems that operate in orderly systematic patterns.

Your beliefs contradict genetic science, physical science, archeological discoveries and biological possibility.

I laugh too, but not at Christians.

I am not christian, but do see this as a biased opinion. While I do NOT believe in an afterlife at all, they do - but this doesn't mean that all fo them are un-intelligent. I know a lot of people who know the difference between "belief" and "knowledge".

Most Christians that I've met have low critical thinking skills so I'm guessing they would not even register that you are laughing at them.
