does the 3 day diet work i want to lose about 10 pounds in two weeks and you could lose that in 3 days (not very likely about 2-3more like)

has any one got the menu

Look up the British Heart Foundation diet in your search engine.
Funnily enough, it has nothing to do with the British Heart Foundation.
Have heard it works. Never done it myself.

If you're desperate, type "British Heart Institute Diet into a search engine". I would however not recommend it. I tried this diet and on the very first day, when I got home, I thought I was having a heart attack!!! I'm 26! My heart was racing and my head spinning - I've never ever felt so ill in my life.

Basically, it's never a good idea to loose weight too quickly. Try a fruit and water diet for a week but again, not recommended.

1-2 pounds a week is safe. A 3 day diet is water weight loss diet. That is all it is. You do not lose fat like that only water first. Not safe, done it and you can get very ill. Try for 8-10 pounds in one month or 2 pounds a week.

Menu- veggies, fruit, water, excercise, protein like turkey breast, chicken, and common sense. Good Luck to you and with the heat these days you do not want to be on a water weight loss diet.

Diets don't work. 98% gain the weight back. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.
