All the time. I just try to breathe to relax and think it will pass and it does. Not much else to do unless you are on meds that have side effects. Good Luck!

Everybody experiences more or less anxiety, tension. But the condition which seems to be alarming is a Panic anxiety attack(a fear of apprehending death), it must require medical attention.
