I know that in adult cats it's a sign meaning that they are not sick but what about 3 mth old kittens?

Because it seems dry and warm.

And it's been like that from the time we got her. So I'm wondering if I need to be concerned.

Cool and wet is fine. Sometimes dry and a little warm is OK, too, but make a note if it constantly stays that way for more than a few days. Coupled with sniffling or coughing, your kitty might have come down with something. You'd want to call your vet for advice if it got to that point.

I have the pleasure (??) of waking up to a cold wet nose every day. She's my little alarm clock!

I wouldn't worry about your kitten's nose being wet and cool. It means the same thing in kittens as it does in adult cats.

cats and dogs cool themselves through their noses. It really doesn't mean they are sick if the nose is dry. But if you are concerned then take your cat to the vet if any other things seemed to be abnormal

cat noses and kitten noses go through constant wet/dry stages, but it doesn't always mean they are unhealthy. it is perfectly normal.

unless its really wet, you shouldn't be unduely worried. check it out with your vet next time you go for a check up but don't panic. They;er always a bit wet.

all cats have that.It means your cat is very healthy with lots of joy. if the cat is always rolling on the floor and meows then she might be in heat which means she wants to get kittens.

Sometimes the cold vs. warm nose can be a "wifes tale". Unless the kitty is "snorting and sniffling", kitty should be just fine.
