Well, you have your artwork (just print it out on a good quality one color printer) and here are a few places listed below that might help turn it into a stencil for you. You could also have a rubber stamp made from your artwork and stamp your design with whatever color paint you choose. You can get custom stamps made at almost any art supply or office supply (even over the Internet).

You have the picture, print it out in the size you want and transfer it to a sheet of plastic. Then cut out the areas you want to paint and you have your stencil.

Take that to a local sign shop and they can make a stencil for you.

Check on Fran Dresshers site, she has a lot of different images. You could also cut your own with an exacto knife or a heat blade using a sheet of mylar or plastic in whatever size you need.
