Keep them in a paper bag in your refrigerator. Shrooms need to breathe, but you don't want them to be exposed to light or heat.

If you seal them, do not use plastic. Moisture ruins them. The paper bag idea may work. Keep in fridge though because if they were cold when you bought them, bringing to room temp will cause them to sweat.

they should come vacuume sealed. If they're not, then wrap them tight but not too tight in plastic wrap. store them in the refridgerator until your ready to use them. they only keep about a week before they turn brownish green with mold.

You could purchase a vaccuum sealer. I have the Food Saver and it works really well. Even keeps guacamole from getting all brown and icky.
