It's funny you would ask that question. Myself and a friend were talking about that same thing the other day. We found this site with tips. Hope this helps you.

The only thing you can do is to have a healthy diet with plenty of vitamins. I have heard that prenatal vitamins (the ones pregnant women take) make your hair and nails grow faster. My best friend took them when she was pregnant and swore her nails and hair were healthier and longer.

The second thing you can do to assure your hair stays as long as it can be is trim the ends every 3 months or so. This will not make it grow faster but will avoid breakage and splitting that will shorten your hair or cause the need for a more drastic trim.

Good luck and happy growing!!!

I learned this lesson the hard way, I used to have hair that went almost down to my butt and I cut it off at the shoulders, only to find out that I hated the way it looked. I looked all over the internet and asked my hairdressers what I could do to make it grow out faster. Pretty much, your only choices are extensions if you want to make it long fast. Just fyi, they run about $700. But, if you just want to keep your natural hair and maximize growth, don't dye it, take a multivitamin every day, get regular scalp massages (they stimulate hair growth), and use conditioner. Hope this helps.

These people are idiots....i have been on special diest that have worked. If you eat nothing but fruits and veggies for a whole week, you will see your fingernails grow and your hair will grow too. I made lots of smoothies for that week. But you cant really see the difference in your hair, that takes time even thhough it DOES grow. Also, take vitamins. Especially fish oils....that works for hair and nails too. One way to notice it workin on hair, is to maybe shave a part of your body and then youll see it grown back 5X faster with the diets and vitamins.

good luck

I have long hair. I could give you some of mine? lol, jk.My hair is not VERY long, but it kind of is long... Anyways, just don't cut it. And I heard that if you do your hair in braids every night and sleep with them then it would grow faster. Or if you want the faster way, then go to the hair salon and tell them to stretch it out. And it will make it longer.

I know this sounds silly, but trim your hair every 6 weeks. It keeps the dead off and promotes new hair growth. Take knox's clear, plain gelatin, mix it in warm water and drink it. It's a straight-shot of protein and your hair and nails will grow stronger, faster and better. Take a women's multi-vitamin to ensure proper nourishment, and your hair will grow lovely. My hair grows about 6-10 inches per year and it stays relatively healthy.

It could be very primary that you simply get all of the vitamins you ought to develop powerful, healthful hair, and to develop it quick! Folic acid is meant to be exceptional for serving to with hair development, and may also be taken in diet variety. Also, there are nutrients to be had known as "Hair, Skin, and Nails" which can be a combination of vitamins and minerals which can be primary to preserving the wellbeing and development of, you guessed it- hair, epidermis, and nails. Good success, I'm certain you are hair goes to be watching wonderful in a flash!

Well if you go to a hair store, they have some grease that you can use.It only cost about 2 or 3 dollars.I'm not to sure on what it's called so when you get there ask is there any grease that can help you hair grow more. When using the grease you have to use it to grease your scalp daily.Especially if you're serious on growing your hair back.

Drink lot's of water, take vitamins (or natural suppliments),and keep your hair healthy by brushing only when dry, use deep condtioners and good shampoos and have it trimmed regular, like every 6-8 weeks.
