Also once you have mono,you can never get it again. You are immune for life.

yes you can it's like any other virus that can be contracted from "sharing" your saliva. so if you develop symptoms like being really tired, vomiting, abdominal pain, or swollen glands in your neck. You need to see your physician and get a mono spot test or a EBV-PCR done both are blood tests.
