I haven't grown since 6 months ago or more but i'm only 12 i went through puberty when i was in grade 5 will i still grow? Should i be eating more? will that help?

sounds like ur plates are sealing ... u may still b growing, but u'll grow at much slower levels. I hit puberty in the 5th grade too and had stopped growing at 13 ... so if ur height is normal, then this just might b it.
as for food .... not much really u can do other than good nutrition. eat well, drink milk, take ur vitamins and work out.
