I am in good shape. I started this regimen about 3 months ago and my body immediately responded to it. I could see my body becoming more and more sculptured. These exercises just really help u gain control of your body and it nips and tucks all those little secrets under the clothes
My plan:
M- walk and jog mix 45 minutes: 15 minutes of stretching
W -walk and jog mix 30 minutes: 30 minutes of jump roping (took a while to get to this continuous point, but I have great legs)
F - walk with 5lb weights for 45 minutes : 200 crunches in 4 sets of 25
T & TH - Billy Blanks Boot Camp 1 hour (usually on these nights, depends on how eating went I will end my night with 200 crunches)

I'm not sure that you should be watching the scale. I think you need to watch measurements instead. I would write down your measurements. Arms, bust, waist, hips, thighs, and calves. I think to tone you need to do this.
If you are maintaining the weight you have listed and just need to tone up..I think you can do that without changing your diet. You need to lift weights 3-4 times a week. The off days you need to be doing Pilate's or yoga for about 30 minutes. You need to do as many crunches as you can during the day, every day. I think if you stick to this you should see results. You aren't going to be chiseled in 19 days, but you should see a drop in your measurements. And you can keep going after that until you get to a place where you are happy.

I'm 5'3" and 120lbs, I feel like this is a healthy weight. If you are 5'4" you would look too skinny at 110lbs. At 110 my doctor was going to put me in the hospital to get enough nutrition into me, it would be worse for you. Tone up for sure but don't focus on losing weight, just shape what you've got.

become vegetarian till august 21 and exercise instead of watching TV. However, 120 at 5'4 isnt that bad.

Dont try to lose the weight!! Just tighten up what you have already. No more junk foor/sodas, replace with fruit and veggies and water. Try walking/running, push ups and sit-ups and squats. This way you wont get to buff, but you will have a nice tone appearence

Sounds like you are already height and weight proportioned. But if you're looking to tone up, head to the gym and lift a few weights...nothing amazonic ya know... but maybe a few free weights and some circuit training to tone up the muscles in your body giving you a more leaner appearance.

ok eat only three times a day and totally avoid snacks.
Do excercise for every main part, abs, legs, thighs and arms, run, running is a great way to lose weight, but make sure that when you run, your whole foot touches the ground eachtime you hit it.
you can do it, you have almost three weeks, just keep it constant, 10 pounds are easy, just keep it regular.

you sound pretty tiny, so i wouldn't worry about weight. Maybe just build up some muscle tone...lift lighter weights with more reps to build tone, lift heavier weights with less weights to get more muscle. Some light jogging will also make you feel good.

No more fast food or sugary beverages. Be a bit more active.. try walking half an hour each day.
120 doesn't sound that bad.
