i am so glad that you asked this question!!! i have gotten so tired of the same old thing so i recently rented Rashomon and the SEVEN SAMARAI these movies are very well directed by Akiro Kurosawa. these movies are about the lives of samarai and how much they were relied on and how they are recruited. There have been a lot of american directors that have tried to imitate the genius of Kurosawa. i also love love loved ENTER THE DRAGON with bruce lee. It is a mindless kung fu movie but at the same time it is a classic.
