Be creative in raising money..mow lawns, walk dogs, babysit, weed gardens..do laundry, iron clothes.. go door to door in a neighborhood and tell them you need work to raise money for vet bills..take a pic of your pup along...where there is a will--there is a way..

You will *have* to take him to the vet to figure out what's wrong with him. Would you rather see him die? Phone a few vets in your area and see if any of them can work out a payment plan with you.
If you can't afford vet treatment, how can you afford the other things for a dog which cost more, including food? You might want to reconsider having a dog in your home if you can't afford to pay for the things they need. Would you take your child to the doctor if they were sick, even if you couldn't afford the medicine?? You sure would, and a puppy is not much different from a child.
When your puppy gets better, if the blindness does not go away (it could be temporary, depending on what's wrong with him), then here is a link for living with a blind dog: http://www.blinddogs.com/puppy.htm
Good luck.

Go to a vet, ask for help, don't just assume you can't afford it and that they won't work with you.
If you cannot find a vet who will work with your financial situation. Take your dog to the ASPCA. You may have to sign ownership over to them, but they will treat him if they are able and will put him down if they cannot help him, which would be much kinder than letting him suffer more.
However this turns out, DO NOT get another dog until you are able to afford ALL the care a dog requires.

You have no money to take your puppy to the vet, but you have a computer and you have access to the internet?
If you were not willing to accept financial responsibility for the life of an animal, you should not have gotten a pet.
Call the vets and explain your perdicament. Perhaps they will allow you to set up payments.

Take him to the vet and try to work out payment options.
Don't make the animal suffer because you "can't afford it" - you voluntarily took on the responsibility when you got the animal. Now go LIVE UP TO IT.
It's not killing YOU to see him suffer - but it sure as hell is hurting HIM.
DO something about it.

You should not own a dog. Part of having a dog is medical bills. Get the poor thing to a vet. You are responsible for the helpless animal's health.

Not to be mean, but if you have no money to take him to the vet, you really shouldn't have him. That said, what are his symptoms? Has he been wormed? There are so many things it could be. You could take him to a shelter and give him up for adoption, they should give him medical care.

Go to Animal Control/SPCA etc but if hes only blind and otherwise fine he/she can adapt and have a quality life. But I would suggest getting a job to support any pet you do own.
