Sorry to hear that your mouse isn't well.

This happened to my friend's pet mouse:
-They brought the mouse to a vet, the vet ran some tests to see what was wrong.
-Turns out it had a form of bacterial pneumonia.
-They gave some antibiotics to the mouse.

You could try to do the same and help your mouse live... it'll cost to put the mouse down anyways so you might as well spend a few bucks to help it live!

Hope the mouse gets better soon :)

You're going to put a $3 mouse to sleep for $50? Wow. I have a question, do you have air conditioning? Mice don't eat or drink when they're overheated. Just a thought.

It depends on how old your mouse is. If he is very old, put him down. If he is young, maybe getting another pet mouse would help him, he maybe lonely. Then again, he'll eat when he's hungry.

Why dont you take the poor wee thing to the vet. There is obviously something wromg. Let the vet decide what to do. Dont leave him to die that is just cruel

Mice are nocturnal, they expect to sleep during the day and eat at night. Perhaps he is just tired.

How old is he? They tend to have really short lifespans, so if he is sick, it's probably better to put him down. How long has he been ill?

I'm sorry, honey.
