Change of diet and change of attitude. PMT is a self inflicted anti social disease that is caused by bad diet and the brainwashing effect of feminist dogma. This causes women who are lousy with PMT to be un-reasonabally rude and ignorant to us peaceful men.

Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegatables and that will reduce the symptoms. Also learn to experience any remaining PMT symptoms without taking it out on innocent men. This might well take a few months to achieve so meanwhile the perpetuator of the dreaded PMT should stay indoors whenever possible but when not possible, you should wear an outfit simular to the Klu Klux Klan but in bright yellow and instead of the pointy hat bearing the initials KKK, it should bear the initials PMT. Then the bearer of Satan's illness (PMT) should carry around a great big hand bell (ding dong, ding dong) and you should shout out loud "Unclean, unclean PMT" so that potential innocent male victims can avoid such horrors like the plague.

Also listen to Dolly Parton's PMT Blues.

I offer you ladies the benifit of my wisdom online because I am too scared to do it in person.

Many regards

PMT victim

PS, Perhaps you ladies will let me know if this advise is helpful

speaking from experience on a major scale! there are several, you just need to find the right one for you. a herbal remedy is called angus cactus from any good chemist or herbal shop, a vitamin b supplement particularly b6 and b12 along with either evening primrose oil or if you can get hold of it starflower oil. a bath in lavender coz it relaxes, and plenty of exercise if you can be bothered! other than that you could always invest in a punch bag with gloves or use a good pillow for a punch bag! that really works!!!! hope you find some thing that works and that it gets better for you. always follow advice and instructions on above remedies or speak to your GP.
