angels?...something the other night made me for some reason go to the store and buy this movie and stay up super late with my hubby to watch it, then when we were going to bed i smelled smoke. if we hadnt of been awake, the house could have caught on fire, from the fan/light in the bathroom. alls i can say is that we had someone looking out for us.

by the way, cynical ones, the fan in the bath was not on...we dont know what happened, but the fire department told us we were lucky we caught it when we did...

I definitely believe in Guardian Angels and that there are angels walking among us in our daily lives.
God may be omnipotent and omnipresent, but it doesn't mean there isn't a safety net.
It's comforting to know and believe that our dearly departed are looking out for us.

Its called coincidence. You think an angel told you to stay up all night and watch a movie so that you could safely catch the fire that MIGHT have broke out? I beg to differ.....
Had you gone to bed at your normal time, the fan and light would not have been on in the bathroom, thus would not have caught fire. So, you can equally assume that a demon made you watch that movie in hopes that you would leave the light on and die a firey death..... Does that show you that it was simply a coincidence??

Yes. I believe in Angels. There are TV programs like "It's a Miracle" about divine or angelic intervention. One story I remember was about a woman on an airplane who had dozed off. In her drowsy state she heard a voice saying "buckle your seatbelt." She was one of those saved when the plane crashed because her seat belt was buckled. She discovered there had been no announcement to buckle up, so she couldn't figure out whose saving voice she had heard.
Even Oprah believes "there are no coincidences".

Angels are very much a reality...entities in their own rights & created before anything else in our creation experience...they are their own phyla of being, with different talents for different tasks...you have many around you all the time...
Sylvia Browne has a really great book recognizing the different varieties & tasks of the angel realm...check it out...a good read all around.
