its pretty hard to tell until they are about 30 days along. her teats will be enlarged as will her vulva . the vet can do an ultra sound but may not see anything. a radiograph will show more , you can see their little heads and spines. it will also give you an idea of how many puppies she is going to have and if they are going to big to have, plan on a c-section. while she is pregnant and after she has the puppies she needs a good quality food. she needs to be free feed now and while she is nursing the puppies. the vet will want to see both her and the puppies the day after she has them to make sure all puppies were delivered and that her milk is coming in also to make sure there is no infection. the Dr. will check each puppy to see if they can nurse and they are healthy. you can tell when is is getting ready to have the puppies by taking her temp the normal temp is 100 to 102.5 when her temp drops to 98 99 degrees you should have puppies within 24 hours. good luck and have fun. oh i almost forgot they are pregnant for 62-65 days.

Pay attention to what FUNCHY says. It's Miraculous Conception, and it happens in every dog that's more than a "few" months old. What a twit!
If she came in season and was mounted by a verile male, after about 4-5 weeks, you'll see her nipples start to extend, and her tummy begin to grow. That's the time to take her to the vet, and if she IS preggers, then start feeding her puppy food.

If you have to ask this question here, you don't know anywhere near enough to be breeding.

Please have your dog spayed immediately.

If she has puppies, it is a sure bet.
The dog will start getting a fat tummy and you'll see nipples enlarging.

Take her to the vet. If you can't, just call the vet for advise.
Hope this helps some!

Is she not spayed? If she hasn't been spayed and she's more than a few months old, odds are she is pregnant. :-(
